They don’t consider the fact that when they were at school and they took the little red drop on their tongue which was actually saving them getting severely disabled through polio.
Unfortunately several other diseases, once nearly eradicated, are making a return because parents are too lazy or unreasonably influenced by the anti-vax arguments.
In addition, most polio survivors now experiencing the deleterious affects of massive neuronal damage inflicted during the paralytic phase of the disease are over 65 and will not be eligible for assistance under the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
